1. The accused/applicant has moved this first bail application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 83/2025 registered at Police Station –Balrampur, District – Balrampur - Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(2)(M), 65(1) of BNS & Sections 4(2) and Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act 2012. In compliance of the Court order dated 09.02.2026, a status report dated 13.02.2026 has been received from the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court (POCSO Act), Ramanujganj, District Balrampur. In Group A - 10 prosecution witnesses and in Group - B 2 prosecution witnesses are cited. Charges were framed on 09.09.2025, however, no witness has been examined so far.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh.
4. No objection from the other side.
