Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.92 of 2024, of Palasamudram Police Station, Chittoor District and the same was numbered as CC No.1151 of 2024, on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chittoor District and the same was settled before Lok Adalat vide Award dated 05.07.2025. 3. Copy of e-Court Status of CC No.1151 of 2024, on the file of I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chittoor District, is made part of the record. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main CC itself was settled before Lok Adalat.
