Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner that, Bhubaneswar Municipal Authorities are proceeding for eviction and demolition of the shop-room of the Petitioner without granting any opportunity of hearing to him despite the license is valid upto 31.03.2026, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and take decision, in accordance with law, before proceeding for eviction/ demolition of the Petitioner’s Shop-room No.21 at Unit-1 Mahavir Vending Zone, Bhubaneswar, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. Till such decision is taken by Opposite Party No.2, the Petitioner may not be evicted from the shop-room.
