He has given a representation on 28.07.2025 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 9392 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the neighbouring land owners, if any or any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
