Heard the parties. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- ” i. For a direction upon the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner from 13.07.2012 to 30.10.2018 and till date since the petitioner who is head clerk under Respondent No.4 remained absent in aforesaid period due to brain treatment of his haemorrhage. ii. For a further direction upon the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner which are dues till date and prior to 13.07.2012 i.e. 07.08.2008 to 13.07.2012 as the same has not been paid to the petitioner. iii. For a further direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner, the retrial benefits since as per L.P.C. the petitioner retired on 31.07.2023. iv. For a further direction upon the respondents to consider the service of the petitioner to be continued as the petitioner due to his brain haemorrhage could not able to join the service after 13.07.2012 to 30.10.2018. v. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation and the same is pending and suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner considering the Rule 76 of Jharkhand Service Code, 2001 and the directions and circulars issue from time to time. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same will be considered and it will be disposed of in accordance with law and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to him. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the Deputy Commissioner, Latehar -respondent No.3. On receipt of the said representation, the case of the petitioner will be considered within six weeks and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same will be granted within four weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6. If it is necessary to place the case before any committee or any authority, the same should be placed during the aforesaid period. 7.
