Second Application under Section 483 read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking Interim Bail for a period of 60 days for proper medical treatment. 2. The Medical Status Report has been received regularly from the Bail. It is submitted that though the date of surgery was fixed, but her parameters were not stable. At present the Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure is under control, with prescribed medication. She is under a follow up of Doctors in Jail Dispensary visiting Specialists and Doctors of OBS and Gynecology Department, Medicine Department and Anesthesia Department of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. All the prescribed medicines are being provided to the Applicant. 3. It is borne out from the record that a surgery is imminent for the Applicant, but it could not be performed on account of the parameters not This is a digitally signed order. She is being taken to all the requisite Departments in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. 4. It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant that her condition is such that she can be a potential cancer patient. She is in an extremely poor health and needs to be released on Bail so that she can get proper medical treatment. 5. The Medical Record shows that the surgery cannot be performed till her parameters are stabilized. In the present condition, all the requisite treatment is being provided to her. At this stage when the date of surgery has not been fixed, no Interim Bail can be granted. However, whenever the date of surgery is fixed, the Applicant is at liberty to move a Bail Application. Furthermore, the Jail Authorities are directed to provide the treatment appropriate and may even take her to Hospital of her choice at her expense, in case she needs any special care and attention. 6.
