A memo is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the DRT. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the sale has already taken place. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the DRT. ii.
