JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Rahul Pandey, Advocate For the State : Mr. S.K. Tiwari, Spl.P.P. ------ Order No:-03 Dated:-19-03-2026 Heard the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner files a supplementary affidavit. Keep the same in the record. The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No.146 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 66B/66C/66D and 84C of the I.T. Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in commission of cybercrime. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case because of the only allegation against him that one mobile phone with sim card has been recovered from the petitioner which was used in creation of several e-wallets. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.11.2025, as has been mentioned in paragraph no. 22 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the trial of the case and further undertakes that he will not annoy or disturb the informant or the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be admitted to bail. The learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the submissions of the counsels and the fact as discussed above, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar, in connection with Cyber P.S.
