By filing the present petition, the petitioner calls in question the inaction of respondent No. 1 in failing to decide the petitioner’s representation seeking clarification of the order dated 04.03.2025, which has led to its misinterpretation by State departments and consequent diversion of printing and stationery work to “Chhattisgarh Samvad”, adversely affecting cooperative societies. The petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :- “1) To give direction to the respondent No. 1/ i.e. Secretary, Finance Department, State of Chhattisgarh to decide the representation Annex P -9 and clarify the order dated 04.03.2025 especially with respect to cooperative society within a period of one month in the interest of justice. 2) To call for the entire original records from the office of the Respondents for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. To issue any other writ, order or direction which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the representation already submitted before respondent No. 1 seeking clarification of the order dated 04.03.2025, which, according to the petitioner, has been misconstrued by various 3 departments, resulting in diversion of printing and stationery work from cooperative societies to “Chhattisgarh Samvad”. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, to approach the competent authority for redressal of the grievance. It is expected that, upon such approach, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the petitioner’s representation, particularly with regard to clarification of the order dated 04.03.2025, in accordance with law, within a reasonable period. 5.
