1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief:
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the Rationalization Transfer order dated 07-06-2025 (Annexure P-3) and also the order dated 04-07-2025 (Annexure P-8), 28-11-2025 (Annexure P-9), 14-01- 2026 (Annexure P-10). 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to direct for re-counseling and reconsider posting of the petitioner under the Rationalization Policy. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 to take decision over the representation of the petitioner dated 19-01-2026 (Annexure P-11).

10.4. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted fresh representation before respondent No.1 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition but till date it has not been considered and decided and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frae.

Learned counsel fort the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 19.01.2026 submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
