The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner concerned, under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, to decide the application dated 27.08.2025 filed by the petitioner in the appeal being Appeal No.16/2022. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to withdraw his appeal being Appeal No.16/2022 as the status quo, which has been granted, is infact adversely affecting the petitioner as the petitioner has not been able to access/lift the installed material, infrastructure and records from the school. 3. Notice of motion. 4.
