The learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioners file a representation before the Director, Secondary Education Department, Government of Jharkhand, respondent no. 4,annexing the documents in favour of the petitioner, their case will be considered, and ( 2026:JHHC:1697 ) appropriate order will be passed and if it is found that they are entitled for the benefit, the same will be extended to them. 3.
