Heard Mr. Amarnath Pandey and Mr. Rahul Mishra, learned counsel for the respective petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent / State as well as Mr. Vijay Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. The petition i.e. CRMP No. 848 of 2022 has been filed by the 3 petitioner seeking following relief: “(1) quash the FIR in crime no. 183/2022 (Annexure P/3) registered by police station Baikunthpur, Distt. Koriya, (C.G.). (2) set aside the order dated 07.05.2022 (Annexure P/2) passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Baikunthpur, Distt. Koriya. (3) pass any other order in view of the special facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition, in the interest of justice.” 3. The petition i.e. CRMP No. 847 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the FIR No. 183/2022 registered at Police Station- Baikunthpur, District-Korea (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 120-B, 34, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code and entire criminal proceedings pending in unregistered case before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baikunthpur, District- Korea (C.G.) parties thereby “Manish Kumar Dubey Vs. Ashish Kumar Singh & others", in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions received by him, the investigation has been completed and the Police has prepared a closure report. 5. Learned State counsel admits that the closure report has been report though it is yet to be filed before the competent Court. 6. In view of the above submissions that investigation has been completed and closure report has already been prepared, the Investigation Officer concerned is directed to file the closure 4 report, if any, before the competent Court, within a period of two weeks’ from the passing of this order. 7. The present petition stands disposed of. 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to law, if any further course of action arises.
