The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T Case no. 616/2025, corresponding to Chanho P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 and G.R No. 2307/2025, registered for the offence under Section 103(1) of BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and there is no eye witness to the occurrence. He further submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025; hence, I am inclined to 2026:JHHC:4910 2 enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above- named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.J.C.-XVII, Ranchi in connection with S.T Case no. 616/2025, corresponding to Chanho P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 and G.R. No. 2307/2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
