The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Hazaribag Sadar P.S. Case No.-280/2025, for the offence registered under sections 25 (1-A), 25(7), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner one country-made pistol loaded with two live cartridges have been recovered. He also submits that from the possession of one Pankaj Kumar, three cartridges have been recovered and he has been granted regular bail by the coordinate bench of this court in BA No. 11225 of 2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the recovery is there from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the co-accused has been granted regular bail in the aforesaid BA and the petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2025, I 2026:JHHC:993 2 am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribag Sadar P.S.
