The allegation against the petitioner is that on 19.10.2025, while the respondent police were patrolling, they received secret information about the sale of drugs. Upon reaching the spot, the respondent police apprehended Accused No.1 with 10 Tapentadol Hydrochloride 100 mg tablets. On further investigation, it was revealed that A1 had purchased the tablets from the petitioner/A3 for the purpose of selling them. Hence, the case. 3. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, it is seen that about eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner, which clearly demonstrates that the petitioner has misused the liberty granted by this Court. Even in this case, though the petitioner would submit that no recovery was made from him, in view of the antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 4.
