The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4/Tahsildar, Yelahanka Additional Taluk, has failed to enter in column No.11, the pendency of the suit in OS.No.939/2015 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural, in terms of the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner as found at Annexure-C, in proceedings bearing R.A.BNA- 326/2017 dated 08.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel points to Annexure-D and submits that the Tahsildar has made a communication dated 30.01.2026 to the Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub-Division, again seeking permission to make such entries in column No.11. 4. Having regard to the facts narrated herein above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Tahsildar was duty-bound to carry out the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner and make appropriate entries in column No.11 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19604 WP No. 9050 of 2026 and there is no need for the Assistant Commissioner to once again issue such a direction. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4/Tahsildar, Yelahanka Additional Taluk, to make entries in column No.11 of the RTC as directed by the Assistant Commissioner in his order dated 08.01.2025 at Annexure-C, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
