The petitioner is an accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026. It has been alleged that the batteries of two tractors of the informant were stolen by unknown thieves. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on account of the fact that he had purchased the stolen batteries and on search of his shop and godown, 18 batteries were recovered. However, considering the fact that he is in custody since 13.01.2026, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S.
