JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The petitioner has requested the Bruhath Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (for short, 'the BBMP') to amalgamate his two properties and issue one khata. As the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the BBMP to consider the representation of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for respondent No.2-BBMP, upon instructions, submits that if the petitioner has made the necessary application online on Sakala platform. He submits that the correct platform is the E-swathu platform and if the same is made by the petitioner, the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to do the same on E-swathu platform. 4. Hence, the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12575 WP No. 24823 of 2025 ORDER i. The Writ Petition is hereby disposed of. ii. The petitioner is given the liberty to make necessary application on E-swathu platform of the BBMP in respect of amalgamation of khata regarding his two properties. iii.
