JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present writ petition has been filed seeking for setting aside of the agreement executed between respondents 1 and 3 as well as another agreement between respondents 1 and 5. Petitioner has also sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to pay compensation of Rs.40,07,302/- with interest. 2. During the pendency of the matter, a joint memo is filed which reads as hereunder: "The petitioner respectfully submits that during the pendency of the above Writ Petition, the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent nos. 3 to 5 has been amicably settled in respect of the subject - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16174 WP No. 34235 of 2025 matter of acquisition involved in the present Writ Petition. Pursuant to the said settlement, a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees Six Lakhs only) has been paid to the Petitioner through RTGS- HDFCR52026032084245296 on 20.03.2026 towards full and final settlement, and the Petitioner submits that all past dues of the Petitioner stand fully settled with Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and the said Respondents acknowledge and accept the same, and no further claims survive. In view of the above settlement, the Petitioner does not wish to prosecute the above Writ Petition and therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit withdrawal of the Writ petition as settled between the parties, in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
