JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 24/07/2026 1. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.317/2025 registered at Police Station Shahpura (Jaipur Rural), District Jaipur Rural for offences under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the main allegations are against the principal accused-Hukum Chand with whom the complainant has arrived at a compromise and amicably [2026:RJ-JP:28683] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-10499/2026] settled the dispute. He further submits that no active role has been attributed to the petitioner in the alleged transactions. Petitioner is behind the bars since 23.04.2026 without any criminal past. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody, consequently, the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant has acceded to the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the complainant and raises no objection if the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made on behalf of petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 7. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Narendra S/o Babulal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
