The petitioner claims that by virtue of the sale deed dated 01.12.2025, registered as Document No. 3902 of 2025, she is the absolute owner of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks subdivision of the same through her online application submitted with the respondents on 22.01.2026. Since the said application has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr. V. Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of the sixth respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 7 to 24, notice to the respondents 7 to 24 is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s application is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 9819 of 2026 objections of all necessary parties, which includes the private respondents, namely Respondents 7 to 24. 5. The Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application seeking issuance of subdivision patta in her name. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to survey, subdivide, and grant separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner’s sale deed dated 01.12.2025, registered as Document No. 3902 of 2025, after hearing the objections of all necessary parties, which includes Respondents 7 to 24. The fourth respondent shall complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the fourth respondent decides to reject the petitioner’s request, the fourth respondent shall pass a speaking order with regard to the contention of the petitioner and the supporting documents produced by her. If required, the fourth respondent shall seek assistance of the sixth respondent police.
