, J.
DATE : SEPTEMBER 23, 2026.
1. Heard Mr. Sukrut S. Sohoni, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Ms. Seema P. Dhotre, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The present petition arises out of an order passed by the respondent No. 7 under the provisions of the Maharashtra Money- Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 (for short, “the Act of 2014”).
2. When confronted, Mr. Sukrut S. Sohoni would candidly agree that a revision lies to the respondent No. 6 as contemplated under Section 9 of the Act of 2014. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to avail the said remedy by filing a revision under Section 9. He, however, makes a request that there was an ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 12.12.2024 and prays for continuation of the same for a reasonable period.
3. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, permission is granted to withdraw the present petition to avail of an appropriate legal remedy by filing a revision before respondent No. 6, subject to the law of limitation. As far as interim relief is concerned, admittedly, the said relief was in operation from
12.12.2024. The same is extended for two weeks from today. Shubham 2026:BHC-NAG:12658
