The applicant is seeking temporary bail on medical grounds. He submits that the applicant is suffering from cancer since 2020. Though he was operated at the relevant time, again the cancer has been surfaced and he needs surgery. He submits that tests have been conducted, such as Histopathology as well as biopsy however, the reports suggest that no opinion can be formed at present, and an expert opinion is required. 3. Under such circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that care should be taken by directing the jail authorities to collect all the medical Piyush Mahajan 2026:BHC-NAG:12611 2 37-Cr.BA-1179-2026 records and seek the opinion of the doctor within one week from today. If it is found that the applicant is suffering from cancer and needs surgery/treatment, he shall be immediately shifted from Akola Central Prison to Nagpur Central Prison. Thereafter, the Superintendent of Nagpur, Central Prison, shall take the applicant to the National Cancer Institute, as per the opinion of the experts over there, and arrange further treatment.
