At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he do not want to press this writ petition on merit, however, petitioners may be permitted to submit detailed representation before the concerned authority for redressal of their grievance and prays for issuance of a direction to concerned authority to take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners at the earliest. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to submit detailed representation before the respondent authority raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such representation 3 / 3 is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law, expeditiously.
