At the outset, Mr. Kumar Bhaskar Kalbande, learned petitioner-in-person seeks leave of this Court to amend the cause title of the petition and add Handwriting Expert, State Crime Investigation Department, Nagpur as a party respondent. 3. Learned petitioner-in-person submits that the sole basis for his dismissal from service was the certificate of experience which was allegedly forged as per the respondents. In order to test the veracity of such certificate, the Conservator of Forests (Regional) Nagpur Division, Nagpur on 04.07.2023 had forwarded the aforesaid certificate to the Handwriting Expert, State Crime Investigation Department, Nagpur for verification. Such communication is at record page No.152. Mr. Kalbande, learned petitioner-in-person submits that till date, the report from Handwriting Expert is not received by the respondents. However, the respondents went on to complete the departmental inquiry and have dismissed the petitioner from service by order dated 26.08.2025. The aforesaid order is at record page No.397. 6. The learned petitioner-in-person submits that the petitioner is in process of challenging the aforesaid departmental inquiry and the consequential penalty order dated 26.08.2025 before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur by filing appropriate original application. However, the petitioner has approached this Court praying for direction to the State Crime Investigation Department to complete the verification process of his certificate of experience and submit the report. He also invites our attention to the representations dated 23.01.2026 which is at record page No.164 and representation dated 22.08.2026 3 106 wp no.7400.26.odt..odt which is at record page No.122. The aforesaid representations are made to the respondents. The petitioner- in-person submits that the respondents have neither rejected such representations nor have dealt with the same. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court. 7. Since an innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner, we direct the respondents to decide the aforesaid representations within a period of eight weeks on its own merits and in accordance with law. So far as prayer clause (A) is concerned, as the State CID Handwriting Expert is directed to complete the verification process within a stipulated period of two months from today. 8. So far as the remaining prayer clauses are concerned, i.e. from (B) to prayer (G) and more specifically prayer clause (C) i.e. seeking direction to constitute an Independent Judicial Committee headed by a retired Judge either of this Court or the Apex Court to investigate allegdly illegal action of the respondents, learned petitioner-in-person at this moment seeks leave of this Court not to press the aforesaid prayer clauses. However, he seeks liberty to raise them at an appropriate stage, when there is a finding in favour of the petitioner as to the illegalities committed by the respondents authorities in dismissing the present petitioner from service. 4 106 wp no.7400.26.odt..odt 9.
