Director of Municipal Administration and the Respondent No.3, Dy. Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore, to consider the representations dated 04.11.2024 and 17.06.2025 and consequently direct them to regularize the services of the Petitioners herein is Produced at Annexure 'A1' and 'A2' and ii) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that his representations dated 04.11.2024 and 17.06.2025 at Annexures - A1 and A2 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 04.11.2024 and 17.06.2025 at Annexures - A1 and A2 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
