The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set-aside the impugned suspension order no. 17116/Estt.Pri.School/Rationalization/2025-26 dated 31.12.2025 (Annexure P/1) issued by Respondent 2 No. 3 and all consequences arising therefrom and related thereto, as being illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India; 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner at her original place of posting (Government Primary School, Bishnupur) with all consequential benefits, treating the period of suspension as duty for all purposes; and 10.3 Any other relief(s) in favour of petitioner as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.” 2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order of suspension dated 31.12.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the authority under Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 (hereinafter for brevity referred to as the Rules, 1966) which is appealable under Rule 23 of the Rules, 1966. 3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty with the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings as provided under the Rules, 1966. Certified copy as per rules.
