Petitioner sought appointment as a part time Sweeper in the Punjab National Bank through the District Employment Exchange. Vide letter dated 30.12.2021, the petitioner was directed to produce all the original certificate, but the petitioner failed to do so. Thus, on 01.02.2022, the respondents informed the petitioner that since the petitioner has failed to produce Original Certificate, his case cannot be considered. 3. Considering the stand taken by the respondent, which cannot be said to be illegal, I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. 4. This writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.
