Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and be pleased to direct the ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG 2 / 2 respondents to pay the salary from June 2022 to August 2023 forthwith tot he petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not paid the salary from the month of June, 2022 to August, 2023 , aggrieved by which he has submitted a representation before respondent no. 2 which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on pending representation dated 06.05.2025 vide Annexuer P-3, in accordance with law, expeditiously, within a further period of ‘three months’ from the date of receipt of Order.
