The petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the impugned suspension order dated 29/11/2023 and charge-sheet dated 20/12/2023 in enquiry/disciplinary proceedings, initiated against the petitioner. 3. Ms Lakhani, learned counsel upon instructions, submits that the aforesaid disciplinary proceedings are now completed and hence challenge raised in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Hence, she seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the adverse order, if any passed, in consequence of such disciplinary proceedings. 4. Permission granted. 5. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.
