The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.69/2026 registered at Police Station Phagi, District Jaipur Rural for offences under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2) and 109(1) of BNS, 2023. 2. Since both these bail applications arise out of common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order. 3. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsels for the petitioners contend that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. He submits that the allegations levelled against present petitioners are omnibus and general in nature. He again submits that though there is an allegation against the present petitioners of causing life-threatening injuries to the injured Ramraj but as per the medical report, only six injuries have been noted, out of which three injuries are simple in nature and three injuries are grievous in nature. It is further submitted that all the injuries alleged to be grievous are not on any vital part of the body. Petitioners are behind the bars since 11.06.2026 though two cases have been reported against petitioner-Sangram, however, in both cases he is already on bail. The investigation/trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently, the bail applications deserves to be allowed. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications of the petitioners. [2026:RJ-JP:27369] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-9844/2026] 6. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioners caused grievous injuries to the complainant, which are serious in nature. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to be granted the benefit of bail. 7. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 8. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Laxman @ Kalu S/o Lalaram, Hemraj S/o Ramshwaroop & Sangram Singh S/o Ghasi be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
