Amendment be carried out forthwith. 3) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. In short, it is his contention that, without granting an opportunity of being heard and without assigning any specific reasons, the order was stayed by the appellate authority on 05/08/2026. He fairly submits that the appeal is still pending. 4) In view of the nature of the relief sought, which is regarding the disqualification, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the appeal, in which the order dated 05/08/2026 has KOLHE 2026:BHC-NAG:12583-DB 2 115-wp 7523.2026.odt been challenged, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the next date.
