Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) On pressing for the interim relief, it is brought to our notice by the State that an FIR No.178 of 2024 dated 17.07.2024, under Sections 420,465, 468, 471, and 120B IPC, PS Sadar, Hamirpur, HP, is pending against the present petitioner. Accordingly, we prepone hearing from 03.06.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action with better particulars. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- Apparently in the averments made in the petition, there is no mention regarding the lodging of FIR, whereas in the impugned order dated 13.04.2026 (Annexure P-14), it is very specific that it was a case of fraud and forgery. Resultantly we allow the said prayer. It is made clear that when the fresh petition will be filed, this order shall be placed on record as annexure. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (G.S.
