The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rail Bokaro P.S. Case No.22/2025(N). It has been alleged that the petitioner was apprehended from a truck and from his possession 2.320 Kg. of ganja was recovered. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the quantity of ganja recovered is an intermediate quantity and that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2025. The learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi in connection with Rail Bokaro P.S.
