The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the motive and allegation are there against the Birendra Mehta @ Birendra Prasad Mehta @ Birendra Prasad of murder of the deceased. He submits that person has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 4133 of 2022 and the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner name has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the person who has taken the name of the petitioner and against whom the main allegations are there has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 4133 of 2022 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
