Heard Sri G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Rajaeswara Rao, learned counsel for the Agricultural Market Committee (AMC). 3. Learned Standing Counsel for AMC brought to the notice of this court that earlier the petitioner has submitted a representation which was rejected by the respondent authorities on 10.04.2025. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it was not communicated to the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Writ Petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondent authorities and to consider the same in accordance with law. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit an application in Form-5(C) and the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the same within a time frame. 5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the AMC would submit that appropriate orders may be passed. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with an application in Form-5(C) before the respondent authorities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
