As the same has not been sanctioned, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "a) Issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 27-11-2025 as per ANNEXURE-A enable to effect effect the katha in the name of the petitioners individually as per the partition deed dated 27-11-2025 (ANNEXURE-D) b) Grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
