The matter comes upon an application seeking correction of the address and the Police Station name. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the bail application, the address of the accused-petitioner namely Ammar S/o Adbul Mazid was mentioned as Resident of Pahari, Police Station Pahari, whereas his address, as reflected in the rejection order, is Resident of Sikri, Police Station Sikri. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the aforesaid error was bona fide in nature and, consequently, the same mistake came to be reflected in the order passed by this Court dated 02.07.2026. Owing to the said error, the petitioner has not been released. It is, therefore, prayed that the order be suitably corrected. 4. Having considered the application and taking note of the fact that the rejection order correctly records the petitioner's address [2026:RJ-JP:27717] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-301/2026] as Resident of Sikri, Police Station Sikri, this Court finds merit in the prayer made. 5. It appears that, despite the correct particulars being available in the rejection order, the Registry processed the present bail application with the incorrect address and consequently, the same was reflected in the order dated 02.07.2026. 6. Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to correct the petitioner's address. Therefore, in the order dated 02.07.2026, the description in cause title and operative portion in Para-7 for "Ammar S/o Abdul Mazid, Resident of Sikri, Police Station Sikri" shall be read in place of "Ammar S/o Abdul Mazid, Resident of Pahari, Police Station Pahari." 7. The correction made herein shall form an integral part of the order dated 02.07.2026. 8. Consequently, the application stands disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J 147/MAHIMA
