Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered and decided as
directed by this Court and is disposed off observing that there is no difference in the pension and gratuity amount. The decision is communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 20.04.2026. He places before this Court the copy of letter dated 20.04.2026 for perusal of this Court and other available documents as also handed over the said letter to counsel for the petitioner.
2. The direction in the order, subject matter of contempt is to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner.
3. In the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, in the opinion of this court, respondents – contemnors have complied the
order, and therefore, contempt proceedings initiated against the respondents is hereby dropped.
