ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer.
“Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to:

i. Issue a writ or such other order in the nature of mandamus to respondent No.1 to release the payment as per the invoices produced at Annexure-G at SBR No.62/03.2017 dated 17.03.2017 for an amount of Rs.1,39,16,795/- and invoice produced at Anenxure-G1 numbered as SBR No.63/03.2017 dated 17.03.2017 for an amount of Rs.13,89,750/-; and ii. Issue directions or such other order that the payment of the above invoice amounts be made within 15 days along with interest at 18% p.a from the date on which payment became due till the date of payment; and iii. Pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit grant in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. It is submitted that though the petitioner has completed the work and respondent No.1 has forwarded the representation to respondent No.2, so far no action has been taken by the respondents. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has completed the work and from the last more than five years the respondents have not paid the amount to the petitioner.
3. The Respondents have not filed their objections in the writ petition. The representation was given to the respondents on 12.09.2022 stating that the petitioner had completed the works and Rs.1,39,16,795/- and Rs.13,89,750/-

as per Annexure-G & G1 respectively are due and the respondents were obligated to consider the representation and pass orders. Unfortunately, right from 2022, neither his representation is considered nor the respondents have filed their objections before this Court. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Respondent No.1 shall consider the representation dated 12.09.2022 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
