The appellant had deposited an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- before this Court. Out of the said amount, the respondent has already withdrawn an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- and the remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is still lying with the Registry of this Court. 2. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount lying with Registry of this Court. However, as per para 7 of the order dated 07.08.2026, the interest accrued on the amount deposited by the appellant shall be credited to the “Public Welfare Account” maintained with the Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 3.
