The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 5 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to grant arrears of the revised pay scale to the petitioners within a stipulated time frame. 10.2 Any other relief(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the similarly situated persons have filed writ petition bearing WP (S) No. 9356/2023 which was disposed of vide order dated 07.12.2023 and therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. The writ petition bearing WP (S) No. 9356/2023 was disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 07.12.2023 observing as under:- “4. Considering facts of the case, limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, instant writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit representation before the Respondent No. 5, within two weeks. On submission of such representation, Respondent No. 5 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and relevant rules, within an outer limit of ‘four weeks’ from the date of receipt of the representation.” 6. In view of the aforementioned facts of the case, submission of counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is also disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to submit representation before the Respondents No. 5 to 8 and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6 7.
