At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend prayer clause (i). 3. Leave granted. 4. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 5. By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation/modification of bail condition No. (a) imposed by this Court vide order dated 27/11/2024 passed in Criminal Application (APPP) No. 2098/2024 in Criminal Application (BA) No. 534/2023 which reads as under:- “(a) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month on 1st day of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.” 2 19 APPP 3141.26 6. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. The present application is filed for relaxation of condition by which the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station once in a month on first day of every month between 10.00 am to 01.00 pm. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially this Court vide order dated 12/07/2023 had passed the order granting bail to the applicant on certain terms and conditions. One of the conditions imposed by this Court was that the applicant shall attend police station once in a week on Monday between 10.00 am to 01.0 pm till conclusion of the trial. However, at a later point of time, the applicant has made an application for relaxation of the said condition and accordingly by order dated 27/11/2024, the said condition was relaxed and it was directed to attend the police station once in a month. 7. Now, again an application has been made to relax the said condition of attending police station once in a month on the ground that since 2023 the applicant has scrupulously followed the direction and accordingly attended the police station as directed by this Court. The applicant has also placed reliance on the Roznama of the 3 19 APPP 3141.26 Trial Court, wherein it was submitted that the applicant has been attending the Court regularly. Under circumstances, the learned counsel submits that no purpose would be served by asking the applicant to attend the police station and therefore she submits that the condition be relaxed. 8. On the other hand, the learned APP opposes the application and submits that attending the police station once in a month would not cause any inconvenience to the applicant on the contrary, this would act as a safety measure in order to compel the applicant to attend the Court regularly. Therefore, he submits that as already this Court had relaxed the condition by permitting the applicant to attend the police station once in a month and therefore he prays to reject the application. 9. Upon consideration of the submissions, it would be necessary to mention at this juncture that, after perusal of the Roznama of the Trial Court, it appears that the applicant has been attending the Court regularly except being absent on few occasions. Further, it appears that the applicant has attended the police station on each and every 4 19 APPP 3141.26 date. Considering the conduct of the applicant, I am inclined to allow the application, hence the following order:- (I) Application is allowed and disposed of. (II) The condition No (a) imposed by this Court vide order dated 27/11/2024 passed in Criminal Application (APPP) No. 2098/2024 is hereby relaxed. 10.
