The petitioner has approached this Court, feeling aggrieved by Office Order dated 30.03.2026, in terms whereof, he was transferred from Holi (Chamba) to Udaipur (Lahaul & Spiti). Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has handed over to the Court Office Order dated 27.05.2026, in terms whereof, said transfer order qua the petitioner has been withdrawn. 3. In light of this fact, as the petition lost its efficacy, the same is closed as such. 4. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Authorities 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 concerned for his adjustment at some other station.
