The petitioners, Forest Labourers have approached this Court seeking direction to respondent No.2-Managing Director, Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. to regularise the services of the petitioners as Forest Labourers. 3. In view of the contention raised, we direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today. The respondents-Authorities are further directed to take into consideration the grounds raised in the petition. 4.
