Petitioner-in-person submits that he is son of late Awadhram Sahu and his father passed away on 31.12.2024. His father owned land bearing Khasra Nos.243/2, 243/3 and 246 admeasuring area 0.7800 Hectares situated at Village Nagoi, Tahsil Takhatpur, District Bilaspur. He further submits that after death of his father, the aforesaid land was mutated in name of petitioner and he has also registered his name in online portal of the farmer registry enrollment data vide Annexure-P/4, despite that respondent No.4/Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadi Kunwa (fort short the "Sahkari Samiti") is not allowing the petitioner to sell paddy on the ground that name of his father is not removed from record of the Sahkari Samiti. He submits that since record has already been updated in the name of petitioner and he has registered his name in online portal of the land records, therefore, this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.4 to issue token in favour of the petitioner to sell the paddy harvested from the aforesaid land. 3 3. Mr. Keshav Gupta, learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioner will be considered by the respondent/Authority in accordance with law. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Perusal of record would show that in revenue record name of the petitioner has been updated after death of his father, namely, Awadhram Sahu. Annexure-P/4 is document of online portal of 'farmer registry enrollment data' which shows details of land ownership. It further shows that the petitioner has registered his name in online portal in respect of land bearing Khasra Nos.243/3, 246 and 243/2 situated at Village Nagoi, despite that respondent No.4 is not issuing token in his favour to sell paddy which is completely illegal. 6. In the aforesaid backdrop, instead of keeping the present petition pending, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to issue token in favour of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to sell paddy procured from the subject land without causing any delay. 7. Learned State counsel is also directed to inform respondents/Authority for compliance of aforesaid order, else liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to lodge FIR against respondent No.4. 8.
