JUDGMENT:
I.A.No.2 of 2017 is filed to grant leave to the 2nd petitioner to file the present appeal.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. Venkata Ramana Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Yallabandi Ramatirtha, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that proposed petitioner/appellant No.2 is no more and there are no other legal representatives.
Recorded the said submission.
In the result, I.A.No.2 of 2017 is dismissed. Consequently, this Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
