GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject properties situated in Vikruthamala village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupathi which are assigned to them. 2. Heard Sri Abdul Matheen S, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Satyanaryana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue Department. 2 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, on 20.10.2023, this Court has granted interim orders which reads as follows: “In view of the above said facts and circumstances, there shall be an order of status quo as on today to be maintained with respect to the subject lands in an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.51/9, Ac.1.68 cents in Sy.No.51/10, Ac. 1.66 cents in Sy.No.51/11 and Ac.1.66 cents in Sy.No.51/12 situated in Vikruthamala Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District, pending further orders.” 4. Though the matter is of the year 2023 and despite granting sufficient time, the respondents did not choose to file counter nor placed any instructions on record till date. In the said circumstances, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, by duly considering the interim order granted by this Court on 20.10.2023, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction: “The respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the subject property except under due process of law.” Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
