The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhanbad G.R. P.S. Case No. 65 of 2025. It has been alleged that that the Police had apprehended two persons at Dhanbad Railway Station and from their possession, 11kg 20 grams of Ganja was recovered. The apprehended accused persons have disclosed that the Ganja was handed over to them by the petitioner and one Sanjit Kumar. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the apprehended accused have been granted bail in B.A. No. 8836 of 2025. Learned counsel further adds that the petitioner has been implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused and the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2025. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got an antecedent of a similar nature. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that the apprehended co-accused persons have been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like -1- amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad G.R.
